Kanye West has been traveling around the world for many months, and the reason, according to anonymous sources close to him, is fear of lawsuits against him if he returns to the United States. West is “terrified” that his name will be mentioned in connection with the sexual assault cases of P Diddy.
Why is Kanye West not returning to the United States? Last November, Kim Kardashian, West’s ex-wife, criticized her former husband for not coming to see their children.
She described herself as a single mother and said he had not seen their four children for nearly two months.
Since then, another two months have passed, and the controversial rapper is still traveling around the world with his current partner, Bianca Sensory.
But according to sources close to West, he is avoiding returning home not because he is avoiding parental responsibility, but because he fears his name appearing in one of the dramatic and dark cases of our time: the P Diddy case.
The Daily Mail published information from anonymous sources stating that West is avoiding a variety of lawsuits pending against him in the United States.
“It has nothing to do with the children,” those sources said.
“With everything happening with Diddy, Kanye is terrified.”
The sources did not specify West’s exact involvement in Diddy’s sexual offenses, but the two were close friends until a few years ago, so it is easy to assume that West was at least exposed to Diddy’s activities.
Additionally, even without the Diddy case, West has enough problems of his own.
Last June, while West was already outside the United States, he was sued for sexual assault by his former assistant, Lauren Fishota.
Fishota claimed that West sexually harassed her several times while she worked for him in 2021 and 2022 and fired her after she refused to have sex with him.
In October, new claims were added to the lawsuit: she said that in 2021 she attended a party hosted by West where P Diddy was also present.
She was allegedly told to drink a beverage or leave the party, and after drinking, she was in a confused mental state.
Years later, she claimed that West told her they had sex that night, even though she had no memory of the incident.
West denies all the allegations.
Additionally, Fishota made claims very similar to those surrounding Diddy: as West’s personal assistant, she was allegedly required to organize sex parties, hire sex workers, and obtain sexual performance enhancement products for West and the participants.
“He loves his children more than himself,” those Daily Mail sources said.
“He still claims he is innocent, but these lawsuits are the reason he is not coming back to the United States.”
