Despite Shocking Testimonies: Will Diddy Avoid Prison?
Trump is still seriously considering the possibility of a full pardon for Diddy, the rapper and businessman accused of pimping and a series of horrific sexual abuses against multiple victims, according to testimonies.

At the end of May, U.S. President Trump announced that he was positively considering the possibility of a pardon for the rapper and businessman Diddy, who was accused in numerous testimonies of sexual assault, rape, drugging, human trafficking, and pimping.

Now, about a month after he was convicted on pimping charges, sources say that Trump is seriously weighing the possibility of granting Diddy a pardon even before the final sentence is issued.

In the American investigative program “Deadline,” sources revealed that a pardon for Diddy “has become more than just another Trump maneuver to an event worthy of action.”
The maximum sentence for the two charges on which Diddy was convicted is 20 years, but it could be reduced to a few years, and even less when accounting for time Diddy spent in detention awaiting trial since September 2024.
However, with reports coming from Trump, the rapper could be released without serving another day in prison.

Meanwhile, Diddy’s legal team demands that he be released and not held in detention until the sentencing in October.
Their claim is that Diddy is the only person in the United States who was held in detention after it was proven that the sex involved was consensual, according to his lawyers.

The charges from which Diddy was acquitted are conspiracy to extort, human trafficking for sexual purposes involving Cassie Ventura, and human trafficking for sexual purposes involving an unidentified woman, as well as pimping charges involving Cassie and the same anonymous woman.

The trial lasted two months. Diddy and his employees were accused of “threatening and enticing victims, often under the impression of a romantic relationship with Combs.
He allegedly used force, threats, and coercion to make victims engage in prolonged sexual acts with other men working in the sex industry.

The allegations stated that he transported them across the U.S. and the world to engage in non-consensual sex with victims in group meetings.”
Despite the “freak ops” revealed in court, in which he allegedly forced himself on them, compelled them to have sex with sex workers while he watched, “directing” the acts and deriving pleasure, sometimes recording the event, he was acquitted of the severe charges.
